About Us
We’re a social change organization dedicated to ending small scale illegal mining in Ghana.
Illegal mining (Galamsey) has severely destroyed precious lands, polluted water bodies like major rivers, and upended human and animal life through dangerous by-products such as mercury and cyanide. With your generous support we can stop this menace in its tracks before it’s too late.
What we do
We raise awareness of the dangerous effects of galamsey on the environment and on human and animal life and support communities affected by galamsey.
We Find & Fund
We are in search of vulnerable community members in Ghana whose lives have been appended by illegal mining activity. Every dollar we raise goes in support of these communities.
We Educate
We run social media campaigns and other initiatives for raising awareness of the harmful effects of galamsey on the environment and on life.
We Engage
We engage with stakeholders in the activity of galamsey from the EPA to small holder farmers and collaborate on solutions to illegal mining.
We Employ
We are open to employing anyone passionate about the issue of Galamsey who wants to save life and protect the planet.
